Responsible for, but not limited to, picking cases from the fleet loader pallet pick sheet and assisting in shrink wrapping product. This position is also responsible for positioning the pallet in the proper bay location as specified on the pick sheet. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, mission and policies of Doll Distributing LLC; State of Minnesota laws and regulations governing the beer industry; and brewery/supplier requirements.

Essential Functions:
*Build stable and workable pallets with the product that the pallet ticket states
*Selects orders in an efficient and accurate manner according to company standards
*Understand and comply with all supplier product code dates, freshness, and rotation policies
*Maintain a high degree of accuracy in selecting products and loading trucks
*Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal/external customer
*Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner
*Compliance with all company and equipment safety regulations
*Maintains a clean and safe work environment

Essential Skills and Knowledge:
*Basic computer skills; Outlook email experience or ability to learn
*Basic mathematical aptitude skills
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
*Ability to obtain certification in forklift and electric pallet-jack operations
*Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customer

Qualifications:
*18 years of age or older
*High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required
*CDL Class A or ability to obtain within 60 days preferred, but not required
*Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
