This exciting full-time opportunity is located in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The candidate will be working in an R environment that will utilize and build on the candidate's experience. Must be able to work independently, be detail oriented, and have a desire to learn new things. Great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career. This position will be involved with the setup, installation, and troubleshooting of servers and computer hardware. It will consist of a wide range of tasks within the lab and data center environment. The successful candidate will have experience working in a professional environment while working with customers and other team members. Must have a willingness to perform various technical and non-technical tasks as needed.Responsibilities+ Must have a proven record of working in a professional environment, interacting with customers and end-users.+ Must have proven experience working with computer hardware including breakfix, installation, and troubleshooting.+ Experience with cable diagrams and installation of servers and attached devices.+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs.+ Perform basic troubleshooting and be able to escalate issues to other team members.+ Experience creating and posting documentation.
