Mechanical Designer

This individual will be working with engineers on electrical, mechanical, structural, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Must have experience with 3D modeling and preferably utilizing Creo.

Daily duties expected would be working from production orders to research and prepare production drawings and BOM (Bills of Material) required for the production of custom to order trailers. Must have high attention to detail and double-checking prints, review production orders, and correctly identify and order the special parts required.

This individual will work collectively with all levels of the organization to hit deadlines and reduce waste.

This position is for the Yankton, SD facility.

Creo, electrical, Design, Mechanical, mechanical design, blueprint, schematic, 3d modeling, 3d design, bill of material, hydraulics, pneumatics

Creo experience (1 year would be ideal)

2-year Technical Degree with 1-year of professional experience working as a Designer/Drafter (ideally Creo experience) or equivalent experience (5+ years without formal education)
