Job Summary

Good Samaritan Society - Scandia Village, Located in Sister Bay, WI provides a range of services to our residents.

As a Resident Assistant you will provide care in our Senior Living Facility, We believe in helping people discover a deeper, more meaningful value in life. Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned resident

Assists the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment and also provides range of motion and passive exercises.

Department Details

RN and LPN scholarship opportunities after 1 year with GSS

Evening Shifts are 2:00pm to 10:00pm with weekend rotations

$5,000 Sign on bonus paid out over the 1st year

  • Minimum age of 16
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing
  • Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
