Our Client is expanding and currently seeks a

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

(Articulate Rise OR Articulate Storyline)

For a 9+ MONTH assignment with possible extensions!

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (REMOTE)

to help take your career with our Client to the "Next Level" for 2021 and beyond!

Our Client is seeking an Instructional Designer to become part of their Instructional team.

Instructional Designers will develop training curricula, materials, and programs (may include classroom training, online training, and other technologies) to meet specific training/learning solutions needs. They conduct train-the-trainer sessions for curricula, materials, and programs that they have developed. The Instructional Designer may facilitate the delivery of training/learning solutions programs that they have designed.

Instructional Designer will consult with business line and corporate partners to develop business line and/or corporate-wide training/learning solutions initiatives designed to support critical business objectives. This job may also support the integration of acquisitions through the design and delivery of conversion training.

Identifies and assesses training/learning solutions needs of assigned clients and designs skills training and other business line and/or corporate wide training/learning solutions programs/initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs/learning solutions and makes improvements or designs replacements.

Education
??? Bachelor's degree or higher; or High School Diploma and 5 more years of experience.



Required Skills

  • Knowledge of instructional design concepts and principles.
  • Ability to apply adult learning concepts and principles.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of training techniques and technologies.
  • In depth knowledge of Articulate Rise OR Articulate Storyline (developer expertise).
  • Proficient in deploying and facilitating training curricula, materials, and programs the incumbent has designed/developed.
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates expertise in content of assigned training curriculum.
  • Understands performance expectations for all jobs functions that the Instructional Designer supports.
  • Understands the business line(s) that the Instructional Designer supports.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.


Desired Skills
??? PMP or CPM Certification preferred.

Additional Requirements:

??? Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools.

??? MS-Project required, Clarity and SharePoint experience preferred.

??? Comfortable working within boundaries of a structured methodology.

??? Team Player (leading large, complex projects with multiple PMs).

??? Detail Oriented.

??? Proactive.

??? Results Oriented.

??? Thought Leader.

  • There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
