Project Manager - Commercial Architecture

At the Project Manager level, you will facilitate the completion of projects and provide hands-on supervision to architectural, engineering, and design staff during each phase of the project.

What You Will Do:

?? Develop project schedule, budget, and cartoon set to ensure project success

?? Estimates fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts

?? Coordination of all administrative and technical efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of projects

?? Be the primary liaison contact with clients regarding schedule, budget, and ensure maximum client satisfaction

?? Manage budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks, and project team assignments

?? Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design from an accredited program

?? Licensed Architect Required

?? 7+ years experience managing K-12 or Higher Education projects in an architecture firm
