Data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P will be the main responsibilities of the Bookkeeper. Additionally, you will be responsible for accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end closing, and accounts receivable. This role is best suited for professionals that are self-driven and organized. This Bookkeeper role will be located in the Edina, Minnesota area and will be a full-time position.Responsibilities- Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Help with monthly accounting close- Maintain monthly accounting close- Assemble cash flow projections, as needed- Ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Group sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Other assignments as requested- Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable- Adept in credit card management and reconciliation- Sustain Accounts Payable- Manage general ledgerRequirements- Strong attention to detail- Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills- Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Accounts Payable (AP) experience- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environmentRobert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
