A Senior Human Resources Financial and Reporting Analyst helps us make human capital business decisions through the intelligent use of data. This position is great for someone who has a passion for:

Modeling and analysis to provide insights to the business
Compliance reporting to provide peace of mind to key stakeholders
Exploring new technologies to automate the end user experience

Responsibilities:

Perform modeling and analysis on organizational data from multiple internal and external sources to provide meaningful business insights and recommendations to drive appropriate business decisions around total rewards, staffing, turnover, etc.
Create and complete complex compliance reports pulling data from multiple sources for group insurance, retirement plans, workforce development grants, company-wide budgeting, etc.
Provide financial and business insights to the Retirement and Indirect Compensation Teams
Create team efficiencies by providing reporting support and automation to end users in compliance with established user specifications
Partner with cross-functional teams like finance and IT to complete projects
Develop strong relationships with business leaders in all areas to help define, measure and bring actionable insights to key performance measures to drive results
Determine metrics to be used for program design, process improvement, ROI and strategic decision-making purposes
Partner with IT to evaluate new technologies such as predictive analytics and bots
Provide leadership and oversight for Member Services unit expenses and financial planning
Proactively contribute to overall Member Services strategy in tactical projects

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field required
Advanced degree in Analytics or MBA preferred

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of successful reporting and data analysis experience required
Minimum of three (3) years of creating data and business models required
Proven ability to tell a story with data
Accounting and finance experience preferred
Proven ability to continuously improve processes through automation

Skills and Competencies:

Analytical report design in leading technologies
Basic SQL Skills - Understanding of Relational Database systems
R, Python preferred
RPA and Machine Learning, with hands on practice preferred
Genuine curiosity and desire to ask, what's next?
Aspirations to lead/coach others
