COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Dentist

• Base pay between $225,000 and $250,000 for NEW Dentists who recently completed their Pediatric Residency!!
• $250K Base plus production bonuses for experienced candidates, make over $300K
• Student Loan Assistance for candidates who still owe hundreds of thousands of dollars!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatric Dentist

• Will consider DMD or DDS candidates who had residency in pediatrics
• Sole pediatric dentist at the practice - assist in continuing to grow the pediatric program
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, but hours flexible based on patient load
• 2 pediatric specific dental hygienists already on staff - assist in seeing 35-40 patients per day when up and running

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Dentist

• New graduate DDS or DMD with pediatric residency WILL be considered
• Looking for a pediatric dentist who is interested in potentially becoming an owner - 11 dentists share ownership of this clinic in WI
• Residency in pediatric dentistry required
