Shift: 1st Shift, Flex start at 6: 30am - 8am and typically an 8 hour day. Monday - Friday.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00
** Depends on work experience
Job Duties of the Utility Training Lab Analyst:
The lab tests meat products for Pathogens such as Salmonella species, Listeria species, Listeria monocytogenes, E.Coli, Staphylococcus and Clostridium perfringens.
Laboratory duties following approved SOP's and methods in an accurate and economical manner.
Provides lab jo coverage or assistance willingly
Takes initiative in maintaining the laboratory and providing coverage
Utilizes good time management skills
Cross trained in all positions in QA
Weekly QC verifications
