Large banking institution seeking 8 call center Customer Service agents to support an influx in calls due to property loss.


Flood Services, a division of the Consumer Lending Group, is looking for an experienced customer service representative to provide dedicated internal and external customer service to all banking affiliates and homeowners who have questions about the flood and disaster determination process or the requirement for insurance in connection with a real estate secured loan.


Will be making more than 15 to 20 outbound calls, as well as taking inbound calls over 20 per day.


Duties and responsibilities include: Making and receiving phone calls from customers Facilitate the customer through the process of repair and gather required documents and assist with activities associated with repairing or rebuilding their home Complete complex analysis on customer claims Collaborate with Research Remediation Analysts to make decisions to grant exceptions to the disbursement and documentation process Interact with our vendor on issues concerning customer claims Interact with Bank Legal Counsel and Investors to get approval on complex claim processing.


Hours: 9:30AM-6:00PM


Training in office for the first 6-8 weeks and then WORK FROM HOME until further notice.



Additional Skills & Qualifications:

HS Diploma

1+ years of recent call center experience


Must have 6 Months months of Microsoft Office Experience (Will be navigating & looking with 3 different computer systems. Word, Outlook, & Excel.)

Must be persistent & build a good rapport

Must have great attention to detail
