To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in North Fargo.

The Assistant Property Manager will provide excellent customer service to current and potential residents by showing open apartments, resolving issues, and proactively building positive relationships. Will assist in the marketing of the property and participate in resident appreciation events on a regular basis. They will assist in the training of Leasing Specialists and provide work direction and supervision to other site staff in the Site Manager's absence. Earn unlimited commissions, with the first 3 months guaranteed up to $300.00.

Position Requirements:

  • Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set.
  • Strong sales skills and aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale.
  • Leadership and management skills or demonstrated aptitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to manage time, multi-task, and prioritizes responsibilities.
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
  • Four year Bachelors degree in business or related subject preferred; or two to four years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and team member safety.
  • Prior experience in property management or a related industry is preferred, but not required
