Senior HR Generalist

Currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and strategic Senior HR Generalist for a well-established, growing company! You will push boundaries, be a strategic partner with senior leaders, and develop a unique associate experience in logistics. One of the main focuses will involve coaching and consulting managers on building a culture driven environment bringing core values to life.Senior HR Generalist Job Responsibilities:Provide HR guidance and support to the Distribution Center across a breadth of areas including talent management, employee development, performance management, change management and associate relations.Support full-cycle selection process for the facility. Includes Headcount Management, Requisition Approvals, intake meetings, candidate interviews and debrief, negotiation and offer presentation.Generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates through advanced recruitment and sourcing techniques.Manages the successful and consistent implementation of HR initiatives.Assess the HR implications of business initiatives and provide advice to the management team.Partners with business leaders to create a positive associate experience.Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions and work with the business to ensure plans are actively put into practice.Develop and implement people solutions to make teams more effective.Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.Defines business area talent management.Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.Oversees the execution of Human Resources (HR) practices, systems, programs, and policies.Senior HR Generalist Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree required; MBA or Master s Degree preferredSHRM-(S)CP or (S)PHR certification is required5+ years of experience in Human Resources and in a large plant manufacturing facility or distribution center is requiredExperience with distribution/manufacturing building hiringExperience with scalable volume hiring solutionsDemonstrated track record in taking initiative, working independently, effectively navigating ambiguity, and handling multiple priorities simultaneouslySenior HR Generalist Benefits:Base Salary of $75K - $90K, based on experienceBonus potentialMedical, Dental and Vision insurance401KVacationSTD & LTD
