Our Director of Business Development will work closely with our president in the pursuit of new opportunities for Anchor Marketing. This individual should have a strong track record in sales and experience with branding and marketing. This candidate should embrace new business calls and recognize the potential of building fresh relationships with manufacturers, distributors, bankers and other growing businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop relationships with new clients
  • Grow the Anchor brand via community involvement
  • Discover ways for Anchor’s clients to succeed

Qualifications:

  • More than five years of successful outside sales experience
  • A passion for business development
  • The patience to grow business relationships over time
  • The ability to think strategically
  • A positive attitude and an attention to detail
  • The ability to embrace technology as it advances
  • Life-long learning as a priority
  • An understanding of financial statements and other business documents
  • A degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus
