Your responsibilities in this role

Analyze complex business processes and develop simple solutions using best of breed tools
Use creative approaches to drive and code solutions
Discern business needs and adapt solutions to match the company goals
Deliver on-time, tested and reusable code in a rapidly changing environment by working closely with key partners
Work with leadership and others to find the right solutions

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated talent for creating end-to-end solutions that create positive user experiences and happy customer - Record of caring for the technical needs of sites, apps and integrations with high volume traffic - Foundational knowledge of compatibility and cross-browser issues - Deep understanding of how a mobile user experience differs from the experience on a web or other application - Hands-on experience with server-side languages - 3+ years experience with both front-end and back-end technologies in a B2B or B2C web production environment- Practical knowledge in HTML and CSS - Able to progress through development of projects quickly, turning mockups into various web languages - CSS experience highly desired - Expertise in .NET - Comprehensive knowledge of C# - JSP experience preferred - Deep understanding of JavaScript - Proven knowledge of Web Development
