Entry level candidates who are willing to learn:

3+ months of mechanical assembly, complex machine operation, or construction (something that shows mechanical aptitude)

Must be able to use a tape measure (They will be required to cut the proper sized pipes and insulation to the correct length)

Entry level Welders do well -- as this is a fabrication role. will get pulled from brazing copper to MIG welding on mild steel as needed if they have the skill
