As an IT Infrastructure Analyst Intern, you will participate in development of analytical tools used to evaluate server and database capacity management within the Infrastructure and Cloud Services organization. The IT Infrastructure Data Analyst role is an exciting blend of data, infrastructure, and cloud offerings. This role will work with infrastructure engineering operations resources to develop reporting, dashboarding and data solutions focused on license tracking and usage and infrastructure capacity management.

• Various infrastructure initiatives being led by hiring manager/team
• Project work, in support of both Oracle and IBM Cloud Infrastructure and licensing
• Partnering with other interns and existing staff to complete multi-functional projects

• Work with management to understand needs/requirements for assigned project
• Quickly develop a foundational understanding of infrastructure capacity and licensing, metrics and KPIs
• Develop reports and dashboards associated with the project including any supporting documentation

• Working towards a Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Management, Business Information Systems
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Good technical acumen with high capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good organizational skills, methodical, solid attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in data visualization standard methodologies
• Experience analyzing data from disparate systems
• Knowledge of basic statistics
