Soucy Track, world leader in rubber track systems for agricultural vehicles, is looking to add a new member to his warehouse facility in Fargo, North Dakota. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the order preparation and inventory management of the Fargo, ND warehouse, while supporting customers with a high level of service. His/her main duties will be:

  • Manages inventory transfers, maintains proper inventory levels, and communicates daily so that parts are always in stock at Warehouse.
  • Logs all inventory in the Warehouse every week. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
  • Fulfills and prepares orders ready for shipment listed in our logistics management software.
  • Prepares the required documentation (pick list, packing slip, bill of lading).
  • Package all orders to be shipped.
  • Coordinates internal and external shipments between head office, customers and the warehouse.
  • Coordinates with customers to confirm shipping details or resolve shipping issues and support customers for technical part requests.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • High School diploma, an Associate’s degree would be considered an asset.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of shipping documentation (i.e. Bill of lading)
  • Must have experience with a forklift;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, word and Outlook);
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical components;
  • Ability to lift up to 70lb;
  • Ability to use mechanical tools;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

The position consists of both shop work and office hours. Some occasional travel of USA and Canada may be required (1 to 3 weeks per year possible).
