Assembler

**Description:**Stoughton Trailers is one of the largest manufactures of custom semi-trailers in the world. Their top clients include FedEx, UPS, and Amazon. Business has grown 8%-10% annually year over year with the advance of online sales and shipping needs. Assemblers utilize hand and power tools to build and assemble trailers. Candidates will be working 10 hour shifts and will be on their feet and will be in a physically demanding position. They will be working off of blueprints that they will need to follow, with no quality errors. Stoughton Trailers takes pride in their quality of work.Candidates will start off rebuilding trailers that have been identified as having a quality error before leaving the yard. From there, candidates will transition into an assembly role.**Skills:**assemble, tool, quality, build, construction, farm, drill**Top Skills Details:**AssembleToolQuality**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Must Haves:-Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment-Ability to use hand and power tools (verify with references and specific examples of experience)-Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly throughout shift, consistently moving (verify with references and specific examples)Nice to have:-Large assembly experience-Construction experience-Working off written instruction and/or blue prints***If candidates have 2+ years of experience in the last 3 years with large assembly, machine building, or construction we can potentially start them as a level 2 assembler at a higher rate.**Experience Level:**Entry Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
