Job Summary
Good Samaritan Society - Home Care helps those in need of extra medical care remain at home as long as possible. Our highly skilled, multidisciplinary team provides services ordered by your physician while assisting with daily activities.
Located in St. Croix Falls, we also serve the counties of Polk and Burnett counties. As a Home Health Aide you performs tasks as delegated and indicated on the care plan for assigned patients/residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and willingly accepts delegated tasks.:
Dressing and undressing and maintaining proper clothing and clean appearance
Assists with bathing and maintaining cleanliness of all body areas
Help with meals and in meeting dietary needs
Assists clients in transferring, re-positioning and walking
Reminds clients of self-medication as per care plan, reports deviations
Provides clients with opportunities for independence and choice as appropriate

Straight days, no weekends or holidays

1:1 time with clients, no call lights!
Qualifications
- High school education or higher education is not required to be hired into this job
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid drivers license and vehicle to travel to clients homes
