Document Management is the focus of this associate product manager. This Document Management squad is a team within the Content Management product team. Document Management captures documents in-store for when a customer agrees to a mobile telephone plan from Verizon, for example. Document Management helps the Team and the customer capture value in agreements, solve disputes, and more. We seek an associate product manager who will help us grow that value even further.**Project Description:**The candidate would be acting as an associate product manager for the Document Management squad.location: Richfield, Minnesotajob type: Contractsalary: $40 - 50 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:- Crafting clear product outcomes and vision with limited supervision, clearly demonstrating understanding of the product goals and organizational needs. The Associate Product Manager will grow skills in connecting the broader strategic vision to their own product and product vision. The Associate Product Manager will craft clear product outcomes and vision for smaller products of average complexity.- Crafting objectives and supporting measures of success that deliver value by solving customer problems and meeting business needs. They are responsible for supporting delivery through effective sprint/backlog prioritization that advances the team's highest priorities. As they evolve their skills, Associate Product Managers will take on products with greater scope and/or higher complexity, however products are somewhat contained or defined.- Contributing to a customer-focused team culture.- Actively seeking out, researching and suggesting new ways of working and ideas for product team feedback.- Mastering skills to analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes. This manager will build skills from retroactive analysis to using data as an input to understanding customer problems.- Showing leadership foundations of inclusive leadership by contributing to a culture where team members feel comfortable to dissent and have a sense of belonging. Showing a willingness in co-moderating difficult conversations with stakeholders and ensure that people leave meetings feeling heard and understood. They begin to identify when discussions are not inclusive of multiple points of view and actively solicit additional perspectives with guidance.
