Sr. Project Manager/Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager/Scrum Master with Application Development/DevOps experience for a 3-6 month project for a client in Chanhassen MN. Work will be done remote. W2 Consultants only.

Summary:
This position is being created for the VA Cerner SOW work. There is a need for a Senior Project Manager role to remain on beyond development and deployment to continue to support Cerner enhancements and support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Agile project management experience
• Scrum Master certification
• Previous work experience using Jira
• PMP training OR certification through PMI.
• Medical Device, aerospace, or technology companies project management experience preferably in new product development in an R&D environment.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and mediation skills
