If so, then the Real Estate Processor position at Altra Federal Credit Union, at the Operations Center in Onalaska, WI will be a great fit for you!
As a Real Estate Processor, you are responsible for the following duties:
Prepare and issue initial disclosures to borrowers
Order services on each loan; services include, but are not limited to ordering title commitments, appraisals, and flood certificates
Manage Intent to Proceed documentation and follow up with members as needed
Manage department email inbox; title commitments, deliver appraisals to loan officers and application and assist with any member questions or inquiries
Process verifications of employment
Process adverse action loans; cancel all services, paying any outstanding invoices, and mailing disclosures to applicants Qualified candidate will be required to have a high school diploma, GED or HSED and a minimum one (1) year relevant work experience in an office, financial institution, or customer service environment. One (1) year of mortgage lending experience would be preferred, but not required.
This position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday and is located at the Operations Center in Onalaska, WI, however, telecommuting / work from home decisions will be considered for the hired applicant.
