This new opportunity and role will be a key part of our Regional Product team and support the implementation of new individual market insurance products. Major Responsibilities: This position within the IEX Regional Product Team will have direct responsibility building key product deliverables for both external filings and internal downstream partners. This role will be responsible to ensure detailed product information is translated correctly to our regulators and implemented accordingly by the business.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build compliant, accurate, and comprehensive product filings in complex federal templates in accordance with product strategy for a specific region of growth markets
  • Leverage internal tools and processes to support product build automation
  • Modify product templates and filing documents in accordance with responses to state objections; ensure required updates are translated to all internal documentation
  • Build inputs to product database. Manage product database and produce reports detailing product information as required by business partner
  • Conduct product testing through detailed review of state and federal shopping websites to ensure product information displays correctly for consumers
  • Support product implementation through translation of product details to downstream partners, including marketing/sales, clinical, operations, and IT
  • Support a dynamic and growing team in a start-up environment

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant healthcare experience, with experience in product implementation preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify and solve for errors swiftly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; extensive Excel skills strongly preferred
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Analytical skills and ability to review data and make fact-based recommendations
  • Adapt quickly to changes in work direction and able to pivot work accordingly
  • Team player with strong ability to form working professional relationships

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
