The Technical Training Content Developer will develop Technical Training course materials in support of Agriculture equipment for dealer service technicians, field personnel and other internal company personnel. Work in a team environment to develop training content on assigned products including all support materials, while maintaining a professional training environment. Communicate various stakeholders to identify training needs to achieve technical training objectives. Preferred candidates will be located near CNH Facilities in PA, TN, IA, WI or Saskatoon, Canada. Responsibilities Develop Technical Training courses utilizing digital and traditional platforms for dealer service technicians, field personnel and internal company personnel. Design & develop training support materials on assigned current products. Refine Technical Training content developed in other regions to fit the North American audience Deliver train-the-trainer courses to global training staff to ensure common facilitation strategies and materials are being used consistently across the globe Deliver Technical Training courses periodically to remain engaged on content developed Ensure training courses and materials meet department guidelines including pre-post testing and standard course evaluations. Actively work with Technical Support, Product Management, Product Quality, and field personnel to identify product issues and product updates to be addressed in the training content. Collaborate with other training groups to ensure Work at offsite locations to present localized training Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of relevant experience; or an Associate's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience Relevant experience is developing and or delivering Technical Training course materials for multiple delivery methods 1+ years of customer support experience Ability to travel up to 25% The preferred candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Engineering, Agriculture or Construction Equipment, Adult Education Experience with dealership support and service department activities, especially maintenance and repair of agriculture or construction equipment. Technical Knowledge in one or more of the following product areas: Agriculture or Construction equipment with emphasis on power trains, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems. Experience creating Technical Information for mobile equipment Excellent written and presentation skills as well as comprehensive computer skills. Technical experience relating to diagnostics of mechanical, electrical (12 or 24 volt DC) and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of Precision Agriculture Applications and Diesel Engine Emissions Systems.
