Omega takes pride in the attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism that goes into the management services we provide. To continue to grow Omega is looking for a Director of Finance and Accounting to add to our dedicated team.

This position is best suited for an independent, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Certainly, there will be customer related interactions, and contributions to our very collaborative team, too.

In addition to strong problem solving and decision-making skills the ideal candidate must demonstrate:

• The ability to establish processes and procedures,
• A drive to work through challenges and achieve despite obstacles,
• A strong ability to relate to others in hopes of cultivating long-term relationships,
• The ability to identify and set a plan for goal achievement,
• Responsibility for their actions and willingness to develop,
• A passion for understanding and motivating others, especially those they lead,
• A passion for accuracy and abiding by the rules,
• An efficiency with resources, and passion toward profitability.

• Internal Finance and Accounting
• Talent Management
• Client Financial Oversight
• Client Financial Services

Qualifications:

• College degree and/or CPA preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to leverage technology
• Valid driver's license
