Job Summary
Supports day-to-day marketing administration. Performs administrative and coordination activities to ensure marketing campaigns and programs are running on schedule.
Assisting in producing and updating marketing materials.
Provides support on the planning and execution of marketing events and programs.
Tracks and records marketing activities and results.
Collects, compiles, and analyzes health care marketing information, data, and regulations.
Updates latest information inside the marketing team.

Senior living at Westview Acres in Waconia, MN helps bring adults age 55 and older everything they need to live and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Located near Lake Waconia, the campus is within a health and medical community that includes a continuum of care campus, regional medical hospital, health clinic and multiple medical professional options. We are adding a Marketing Coordinator to our Senior Living team to incorporate marketing strategies within the community to maintain full-occupancy within our Westview Acres facility.
  • Full-time Day shift opportunity
  • 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (32 hours weekly)
  • Occasional weekends as tours or special events are scheduled

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or technical college degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a related position, or structured internship.
  • Strong writing and communications skills required.
