Job Title: IT System Specialist Job Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contact, This will initially be a remote assignment but may be on-site at a later time. Candidates should be located in the Green Bay area and Milwaukee area as a secondary option. ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide 3rd level response for incoming requests and trouble tickets
  • Provide security administration and follow up for work and asset management applications.
  • Work with teammates and clients remotely to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
  • Check out/in software from library and record all installations through established process
  • Create/update software records in Remedy and through paper process.
  • Track computer assets and update records accurately in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve records with missing or incorrect data.
  • Provide updates to the Team on teachable incidents and current work initiatives.
  • Manually install software and document the install process on both remote and local personal computing devices.
  • Work with teammates and clients remotely to troubleshoot and resolve issues with personal computing devices and software
  • Create and document incident cases and any necessary status updates with additional client contacts.
  • Contact clients to provide follow-up on incident resolution or request completion to ensure proper and complete closure.
  • Actively participate in team meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 years of relevant work experience with significant personal experience in supporting IT applications.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems or develop alternative solutions in a timely manner.
  • Working knowledge of common applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browser (ex: Chrome, IE, etc..).
  • Have excellent customer service skills with solid listening, verbal and writing abilities to accurately gather details during clients interactions.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with installing and troubleshooting applications on Windows 10.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve communication issues between software and devices
  • SQL Experience (Oracle/SQL Server) preferred but not required
