Technical Project Manager - Scrum Master - Technical Chief of Staff

LQ Digital is Headquartered in the East Bay, CA with offices in Austin, Tx, Riverside, CA, and Shelton, CT.A rockstar technical project manager looking to expand skills and influence beyond the project to solve business problems with technology. The role spans the entire feature lifecycle from scoping, requirements, planning, release, testing, and business feedback/validation. In this role: you will use your Scrum master and technical project management skills to move software development projects forward, but will also have responsibility in product management, product pilots, and the evaluation of technology's impact on the business. This is a technical chief of staff role with broad visibility across the organization to get software developed and implemented with operating teams. This role reports to the Chief Digital OfficerRESPONSIBILITIES-Product Definition / Product management - work with senior management to define software features and campaign designs that will most effectively prosecute our sales and marketing campaigns. -JIRA Scrum master / Project management - break down and lead the planning process for software development tasks. Keep our development process on track and all stakeholders accountable to deliverables. Plan and manage dependencies and the critical path. -Business evaluation of features - once the features and developed and deployed, work with operating teams to assess the performance of the campaigns build on software. You know how to bend and shape issues in JIRA into digestible parts, manage epics, time tracking, versions. You own the Scrum board and software developers are your friends. -(3-5 years) Professional experience mapping project dependencies with a GANNT planning tool to map dependencies and critical path to completion. (e.g. Smartsheets) -(3-5 years) Professional experience mapping and documenting workflows / business rules using flowchart software (e.g. Visio, LucidChart etc.) -(3-5 years) experience working with product managers to clarify features and convert to tasks / technical requirements.
