Perforce is searching for an HR leader to join the Global Human Resources Team as a Director/Sr Director of HR Operations, to partner and report to the SVP of Human Resources. In this key role you will lead the shared HR services operations team and be responsible for the progress and success of the operational processes, systems and projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead the HR Operations delivery and manage HR Operations resources; Data Administration, Benefits Administration, Payroll and other HR support functions such as Immigration, Relocation, and Compliance.
Lead all compensation initiatives, in particular the strategy and execution of job banding and leveling, salary surveys, and conducting an overarching compensation analysis working on a global basis to drive consistency and scalability.
Responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant with all Federal, State and Local laws while implementing best practices related to HR policies.
Bring expertise on HR Operations best-practices (including structure, tools, measurement, compliance and management) while driving continuous improvement for a scalable and sustainable delivery model.
Develop short term mitigation plans when needed to scale shared service operations in the absence of scalable systems and tools.
Partners with key stakeholders to develop and deliver short-and long-term strategic recommendations to ensure benefit programs are cost effective, competitive and flexible to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, while in compliance with all legal requirements.
Manages leave of absence (LOA) administration and provides best practice expertise to LOA processes.
Implement data auditing practices to clean people data and ensure ongoing accuracy.
Member of HR leadership team helping to scale and drive global best practices over time.
Manage team, ensuring their high performance, engagement and productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
10 or more years of experience leading HR Operations including knowledge of compensation and benefits; three or more years of people management experience.
A strong orientation to analytical & strategic thinking, communicating, influencing and building relationships at all levels within the company
A hands-on doer with a strong attention to detail and follow through
Strong Operational Management skills including a proven ability to manage global teams, clients, stakeholders and workflow.
Solid understanding of federal and state regulations as they pertain to HR.
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
Experience in both larger and similar sized companies is helpful.
