The Talent Management Consultant provides insight to leaders at the executive, managerial and supervisory levels in making informed decisions about leadership selection, development and succession planning.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Delivering large and medium scale, strategic client projects and cross practice projects that consistently exceed client expectations with optimum efficiency and profitable cost effectiveness
Building strong relationships at various levels within client organizations in order to understand their business context and perspective to deliver quality consulting solutions and develop strong credibility as a service provider
Position Details:
This is a project-based position, working remote.
Expected availability for assignments is during business hours (Monday through Fridays) between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (either EST or CST).
Our project employees work 10-35 hours/week (at times more, at times less) based on their personal desires, and the needs of the client.
Although hours will flex with business needs and are not guaranteed, we are looking for individuals that view this as a long-term project opportunity.
While we are hiring for one client at this time, it is hoped that this individual or individuals could be available for other clients as well.
Selected individuals will be hired and placed in a staffing pool, with full onboarding to occur in alignment with business needs.
Must have flexible work hours for the initial 25 onboarding hours, to be held over a four-week window.
Must have a PC computer to use with our applications (Microsoft Word & Teams).
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of five years of leadership consulting experience with organizational clients, with an emphasis on assessment/assessment centers.
Must have exceptional business writing skills, communicating complex technical information, producing reports for an executive-level audience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills - virtually, and in-person. Adept at fielding challenging questions with poise and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive clients to advise on organization critical and highly confidential talent decisions. This includes significant experience working with leaders at the Director, VP, EVP, C-Suite level.
Formal training in assessment protocols for individuals and groups including deep knowledge of psychometric testing is required. Experience with critical reasoning measures and personality testing (ie Hogans) preferred.
Prefer a doctorate degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational, Social, Clinical, Education or Counseling) or Business.
Nice to have:
Energy Industry experience (electricity, nuclear, utilities, gas, etc)
