This position is responsible for the development and management of our clients' marketing strategy, with a core focus on Direct Response channels. You must be a Paid Search expert. Strives for excellence in all of their tasks.Enjoys challenging projects.Drives to continually improve themselves, and surpass their past accomplishments.Work effectively and diplomatically across team, internally and with clients.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:The Associate Director position is responsible for overseeing the Paid Search channel and marketing strategy for multiple client accounts. Media ExecutionWorks with media leadership to build the overall media strategy for clients, with a focus on Direct Response channels.Manages client accounts to meet or exceed agreed upon KPI's.Ensures testing and innovation are a core component of media execution.Manages work to effectively prioritize and execute deliverables.Display strong management skills.ReportingEstablishes clear goals for each client, as needed. Contributes to monthly reports and delivers actionable insights.Creates and delivers clear and actionable ad hoc reporting.CommunicationProactively communicates to account management team regarding updates to the account and performance. Provides tactical and strategic recommendations for optimizations, opportunities and concerns based on performance. EducationKeeps up in industry trends in higher education.Stays up to date with the changing digital marketplace.SecurityAdheres to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues.Requirements 7-10 years' experience managing Paid Search.Excellent understanding of the various digital and traditional marketing channels, and how they interact with one another.Experience managing and mentoring team membersExcellent written and verbal communication (client facing experience required)Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.Advanced Microsoft Office Knowledge (Expert Excel skills necessary)Exceptional attention to detail.Exceptional organizational skills.Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously.Experience managing client accounts.Experience with YouTube campaigns is preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.
