Seeking a talented Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction for one of the areas most reputable General Contractors in Sioux Falls. This Project Manager position tackles the life cycle of large commercial projects with a wide array of diverse and repeat clientele. Prerequisites:

• Over 5 years of relevant experience desired
• Experience on commercial construction projects of greater than $5MM a plus
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of sub-trades and an ability to manage others
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred

Duties:

• Deliver project success through safety, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate relationships with team members, subcontractors and owners
• Keeping up on possible BD opportunities
• Knowledge of all project aspects from conception to completion
• Represent company in professional manner
