Job Summary

The Lead Digital Patient Experience Strategist establishes an ongoing performance improvement infrastructure, including governance bodies, workgroups, and processes to facilitate a culture and expectation regarding ever-improving outcomes, efficiencies, and experiences. Monitors the performance and makes adjustments to drive KPI’s and desired outcomes. Works with teams to solve complex digital opportunities. Lead the problem solving charge, helping to connect the dots between the needs, wants, and desires of the customer and those of Sanford Health. Focus to get a clear and detailed understanding of the digital journey, current and ideal state. Works to create a seamless experience for Sanford Health patients, no matter what platform they are using. Participates in the ongoing process to identify and prioritize business processes and functions that can be converted to digital to enhance experience, outcomes, efficiency, and to ultimately empower the patient to become a trusted partner in the management and delivery of their care. Works with leaders to develop a long-term digital patient experience strategic roadmap.
Plans, organizes and evaluates enterprise digital patient experience features/capabilities and associated business processes from strategy and design through execution. Provides leaders customer support strategies and resolves escalated client issues for department. Builds strong interdepartmental connections and encourages the use of digital solutions. Champions the ongoing improvement of digital capabilities. Builds and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
Demonstrates the ability to be an independent self-starter with great communications skills. Translates insights and observations in a clear and concise manner to teammates, leadership and clients. Exhibits critical thinking skills, curiosity, an open mind and works constructively to improve processes.
Coordinates various digital mediums and assist in reaching specific goals. Analyze user experience at digital touchpoints. Initiate digital projects and report out status updates on a consistent basis. Improve the user experience. Bring innovation and creativity to deliver digital experiences that enhance the care of patients and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, business administration, computer science or related field.
Extensive experience working in related fields. Experience using the following platforms: Google Analytics, Power BI, Javascript, Google Tag Manager
