HVAC Project Manager Wanted!

One of the metros most respected commercial Mechanical Contractors in Minneapolis is seeking a strong Project Manager that can help lead large commercial HVAC projects. Relevant experience for this Project Manager could include previous employment with different Mechanical Contractors, working in an MEP role with a General Contractor, various different engineering firms among others. This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to niche out their own role within an organization that operates with a true employee first mentality!

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience desired
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field a plus
• Ground-up or renovation HVAC projects valued over $1MM preferred
• Ability to manage others within a team atmosphere
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
• Assure business development model with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
• Establish working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors
• Administer contract terms and conditions, contract documents, contract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
• Coordinate with team members and business clientele
