Responsibilities/Role:
The Digital Marketing Analyst would be responsible for measuring the usage and effectiveness of our company owned websites, portals, microsites and landing pages. This role will play an instrumental role in our digital transformation by helping establish our website analytics filters, goals and tracking parameter governance. They will also help in the setup and management of our data layer and tagging strategy to demonstrate the usage and value of our digital investments. And the Digital Marketing Analyst will help establish our mobile app measurement plan and implementation.

In addition, this position will help with measuring the effectiveness of our social media efforts including organic social posts, social media listening and member customer care through our social channels. This individual may also assist with measuring the performance of our email marketing initiatives for our consumer segment communications. This measurement will allow us to better understand how our key audiences engage with us through digital channels, and provide insights to help improve our digital experience overall.

Experience:

?? This role requires someone with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing measurement across a variety of platforms and applications, especially website analytics and tag management. ? Experience with website analytics platforms is a must, with GA 360 or Google Analytics preferred. ? ?? Experience establishing with tag management platforms, Tealium IQ and Event Stream preferred. ? ?? ??Must have experience with mobile app measurement
