Description:
Typically requires 3-5 years of project manager experience
Skill Set/Experience:
2. Ability to facility and drive planning meetings
3. MS Project & Excel Spreadsheet Knowledge/Experience
4. Building out Project Plans, specifically Hour by Hour Plans
5. Good Communication & Coordination Skills
6. Experience around IT Technology & Data Centers (Plus)
Role & Responsibility:
1. Manage/facilitate building Hour by Hour Project Plans in MS Project
2. Facilitate pulling technology teams together for Planning Sessions
3. Manage/Facilitate IT workstream team execution of DC Migration Activity
4. Due diligence efforts in the following areas using Spreadsheets/Tools
a. Mapping IT Devices to applications via Nlyte & ServiceNow CMDB
b. Collection of Application Checkout Steps/Procedures & Resource Assignment
c. Communication Plan Build & Execution
d. Reporting/Metrics/Dashboards
e. Command Center Run Book Documentation (MS Word)
f. Logistical Tracking (Resources, Access, Vendors, Shipments, Schedules, etc.)
5. Manage/Facilitate Command Center during Device Migrations
6. Flexibility to take on various activity as needed to get job done successfully
7. Ability to work with various technology groups at multiple levels (techs & managers)
8. Work Logistics:
a. Base Weekly Work (30-40 Hrs), plus Weekend Work (Mainly Saturdays)
b. Weekend work to occur over a 30 week period (Late March to November 2021)
c. Ability to work remote & On-site at MKE/FRK facility
d. Flexible Hours
e. Adhere to COVID Procedures for On-Site Work
