Great Purchasing Manager Opportunity

A top residential Home Builder is looking to hire a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager. They offer great compensation along with full benefits. This position requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Residential Homebuilding Purchaser.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Process estimates in FAST builder's ERP software
• Process Schedules in FAST builder's ERP software
• Review budgets for errors and correct as necessary
• Add site specific resources and quantities into estimates to customize standard plans for use on specific lots.
• Confirm that all options and selections have been included on the purchase orders
• Release purchase orders and schedules to Buildpro Builders scheduling and payment software.
• Negotiating with vendors and trades
• Support sales team in use of Fast Sales
• Support Construction staff during construction of homes
• Control costs by carefully reviewing all starts to avoid "extras"
• Generate monthly base home budget reports
• Lead weekly team meetings
