Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide custodial care services to assigned buildings on the campus grounds. Perform general cleaning to maintain the facilities in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition.
Available Positions/Hours:
Rhoades Science Center- 2:30pm-11:00pm
Memorial Student Center- 7:00am-4:00pm
Kolstoe Hall- 7:00am-4:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent; valid Driver's License; ability to lift and move 50 pounds; physical ability to perform routine custodial duties; prior cleaning or custodial experience; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; and experience using email are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of maintenance and operation of various custodial equipment; institutional or industrial custodial experience; and ability to communicate verbally, non-verbally, clearly and professionally are preferred.
Compensation:
$21,500 - $23,500. Comprehensive fringe benefit package including employer paid full family coverage for health insurance, NDPERS retirement, and tuition waiver benefits.
