A day in the life of the Executive Assistant-Legal is never the same but, in this role, you will be responsible to provide professional and confidential administrative support to assigned executive. May be responsible to participate in and/or coordinate company events, department communications, etc. as requested. What You'll Do: Responsible to provide administrative support as assigned to include, but not limited to: maintain calendar; schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences and appointments; coordinate travel arrangements; process expense reports, respond to inquiries (phone, in person or email) or direct inquiries to appropriate contact in a timely manner, etc. Prepare documents and coordinate communications on behalf of the executive to include correspondence and presentation materials (i.e., graphs, charts, etc.); ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality of information. Compile data and/or prepare reports, spreadsheets and other documents related to executive's business needs. Maintain department records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures. Review requests for information and determine the appropriateness of release. Participate in department projects; may be responsible to coordinate team projects and act as project coordinator. Develop and maintain knowledge related to the position to include related company/industry knowledge, computer software and systems, policies, and procedures, etc. May be responsible to coordinate and distribute department related communications, assist with department and/or Company-wide events, participate on assigned committees, etc. as requested. Here's what you'll need: Associate degree (Preferred) Business Administration or related area preferred. Five years' experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related area. Experience with Microsoft office required. Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills; ability to interact with associates at all levels within the company and external vendors/contacts. Must have attention to detail, effective organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills, and ability to handle changing priorities. Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
