Enrichment Specialist/Activities - Care Center

Description

Lakewood Health System is seeking a Full-time Enrichment Specialist for their Care Center.

This person's focus is to support and enhance the quality of day to day life of our residents. This role uniquely blends the enriching activities and daily care to support quality of life in areas of mind, body and spirit. This person will also support a safe from falls environment by working with teams on providing safe environment throughout care facility and provide direct care to residents and work with teams to support qualify sleep hygiene.

This person must possess the ability to work independently and be relational with our residents.

This is a full-time position working 64-80 hours per pay period with the possibility of part-time hours. This person will work every third weekend rotation on the evening shift.
Qualifications

1. High School Diploma/GED

2. Experience in geriatrics desirable

3. Willing to work weekends and some evenings

4. Computer knowledge

5. Valid driver's license
