Job Description:

The Sr. BI Developer opportunity is within our segment. This segment is responsible for delivering provider and vendor networks that support our members with access to high quality, satisfactory, and affordable care. This includes: Developing and implementing provider analytics for value-based partners in a scalable and effective manner.

The Sr. BI Developer will evaluate, design, code, test, optimize and modify client's ACO reporting and analytics as we migrate from using excel based reporting to QlikSense. The role will capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements. The Developer will conduct data analysis in support of a variety of provider analytics and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

5+ years of experience building reports, dashboards, visualizations using a BI tool such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI

Experience with or certifications for Qlik technologies: Qlikview, Qlik Sense, NPrinting, Geoanalytics required

Demonstrated proficiency in SQL

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders

Preferred:

Experience analyzing health insurance claim data and/or understanding of health insurance payer products and business functions

Experience programming in SAS

Experience using git based version control and related collaboration tools such as GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket
