Job Title: Cell Tower Construction Foreman

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Rogers, MN

Shift/Hours: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 7:00am - 5/6 pm (or when job is complete)

Career Level: Minimum 5 years' experience in cellular construction (2 as a lead)

Education: High School Degree/GED

Salary: $30 - $40/hr ($62,400-$83,200+)

Description:

1. The Foreman is responsible for closely supervising and assisting with the construction and testing of cell sites

2. Foreman will need to be able to lead experienced technicians, as well as train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites

3. Planning daily activities for crew and assigning tasks as required

4. Monitoring crew activities and ensuring all safety policies are being followed

5. Installation and maintenance of mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU's, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures to expand and upgrade cellular networks

6. Installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines

7. Installation and maintenance of microwave equipment

8. Testing of new and existing equipment. May include sweep, PIM, or fiber testing

9. Installation of ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms

10. Installation of underground and in building conduits for electrical and back haul circuits

11. Must be able to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays and evening hours

12. Be able to travel 50% of the time, with extensive time away from the corporate location

Requirements:

1. Understand and enforce OSHA safety standards (OSHA-10 Certification Preferred)

2. Must have Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification

3. Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems

4. Ability to manage a small crew and maintain a safe productive work environment

5. Excellent physical conditioning and stamina

6. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures

7. Observe all company procedures and safety rules

8. Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction

9. High School Diploma

10. Valid Driver's License - strongly preferred/may be required depending upon the location in which the position is required to work

11. Minimum 5 years' experience in cellular construction (2 as a lead)

12. Basic computer skills required for equipment programing and site closeouts

13. Sweep & PIM testing certifications (practical knowledge/skill test may be performed during interview)

14. Fiber testing certification

15. First Aid & CPR (Centerline will re-certify if required)

16. NWSA TTT1 & TTT2 certification not required but is a bonus

6. Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300'. The employee needs to have good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception
