Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
Assignment: Contract through 4/6/21
Hourly Wage: $17.50
Post all open field positions in a timely manner
Conduct pre-screen interviews, schedule follow up interviews
Research and implement new and creative candidate sourcing strategies
Process new employee paperwork
Oversee some HR related filing
Handle high volume employee calls and emails
Provide support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's or associates degree in Human Resources or equivalent years of human resources experience with an emphasis in recruiting
Intermediate/advanced user of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel
Strong customer service mentality when interacting with employees
Previous retail experience preferred, but not required

- Willing to work out of our clients Brooklyn Park office
