Job Title: Office AssistantReports to: Worksite SupervisorPosition Classification: Non-exempt Office Location: Harris Golf Cars, 13900 Leetsbir Road, Sturtevant, WI 53177Summary: On behalf of the Southeastern Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) offers paid Work Experience employment opportunities through grant dollars from the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program.We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to be placed with Harris Golf Cars in Sturtevant, WI, making $11/hr.Harris Golf Cars is a 40-year-old family owned regional golf car distributor for Yamaha golf cars and utility vehicles. We are looking for reliable, team-oriented professionals to add to our staff. No experience is necessary, we will train, encourage and promote the individual in this position.Essential Job Functions:Assist in office operations and procedures such as managing phone calls, tracking inventory, filing, supplies requisitions, and other clerical services.Assist in maximizing office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.Assist in establishing and carrying out uniform correspondence procedures and stylistic practices.Assist in carrying out formulated procedures of systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.Performs a variety of general office duties.Must be Adaptable - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands.Problem Solving Identifies and resolves clerical and office-related problems in a timely manner.Other Job Duties: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
