Delaware North is searching for Winter Sports Attendants to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our team at Titletown is made up of friendly, enthusiastic, adventure seekers who come together to deliver the best guest experience possible.
As a Winter Sports Attendant you will work as part of the sled hill and ice rink team, handling ice skate and tube rentals and issuing passes to the hill and rink.

As a Winter Sports Attendant you will work as part of the sled hill and ice rink team, handling ice skate and tube rentals and issuing passes to the hill and rink.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent service to our guests by greeting guests and issuing rental items upon payment.
- Records transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
- Participate in set-up of stand, arranging inventory, and informing Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
- Cleaning and maintaining the areas for guest use.
- Communicates problems to superiors, while showing initiative in handling routine matters and emergencies.
- Participating in opening and closing procedures as needed, including cleaning work area and equipment.
- Continually remains vigilant to the needs of the equipment, the department, and the guests and react to those needs in the safest manner while maintaining quality service.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and any major stadium events including regular season and any potential playoff Packers games
- Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
- This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally and in written form.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
- Ability to work in variable temperatures
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to bend, lift, stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
- Ability to be outside and in direct sunlight for most of the day shift, as well as all weather conditions including extreme cold and snow.
