A Bloomington-based company is looking for top-notch inside sales representatives for an excellent opportunity with uncapped commission!

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Convert qualified prospects to clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle though project and contact organization.
  • Perform exceptionally in a metrics-based environment.
  • Meet company objectives while also being an active team player on the sales team and throughout the company.
  • Deliver presentations in-person and via web conferencing.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, 2-4-year degree preferred.
  • 2 years of relatable sales experience, preferably inside sales.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commute to and work in an office environment, use all computer/phone equipment for the hours required and participate in monthly and quarterly meetings

Schedule:
Must be available between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and being willing to go above and beyond regular hours.

Salary:
$45,000 per year base salary with uncapped commission
*Most first year recruits make $67,500*
