A Bloomington-based company is looking for top-notch inside sales representatives for an excellent opportunity with uncapped commission!
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Must be available between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and being willing to go above and beyond regular hours.
Salary:
$45,000 per year base salary with uncapped commission
*Most first year recruits make $67,500*

Position: Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified prospects to clients.
- Manage the sales cycle though project and contact organization.
- Perform exceptionally in a metrics-based environment.
- Meet company objectives while also being an active team player on the sales team and throughout the company.
- Deliver presentations in-person and via web conferencing.
- High school diploma required, 2-4-year degree preferred.
- 2 years of relatable sales experience, preferably inside sales.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commute to and work in an office environment, use all computer/phone equipment for the hours required and participate in monthly and quarterly meetings
- Team members are able to work from the office on a volunteer basis.
- Company provides a laptop, web cam and monitor if needed, employee must use their own internet and have an office space
