Portfolio Manager

Reach Business Lenders, LLC has an immediate opening for a Portfolio Manager. This position is responsible for supporting the commercial loan officers within the organization, as well as the existing loan portfolio. Key responsibilities include working with officers in the loan underwriting and loan documentation process and ensuring new and existing loan files are kept current. Assisting current clients and Credit Union partners with inquiries or requests will also comprise a large part of the role. This position could grow and advance within the organization, taking on more ownership of current and potential loan relationships. Please note that preparing loan presentations is NOT a responsibility for this role, but prior credit analyst experience is a plus.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of credit policies and standards and lending policies and procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with minimal follow up is required. This position is currently remote but will be located in the Madison, WI office at least three days a week when the company returns to the workplace.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years' experience within a commercial lending role is required. The experience may include performing credit analyst and/or loan assistant duties. Formal credit training is a plus, but not required.
