This Project Assistant role for a company in the Retail - Food Store industry, available through OfficeTeam, will provide a fulfilling career for a talented and ambitious self-starter. Your responsibilities in this role
- Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary
- Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations
- Communicate project information to key partners
- Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events
- Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers
- Using online resources to research information
-Keeping records of tasks and progress
-Other projects and duties will be assigned.

Job Requirements:
- 1 year of business/office experience at minimum
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
- Proficient with database and file management
- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word and Outlook
- Great attention to detail
- Comprehension of Microsoft Excel
- Earlier work involving project initiation & execution
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred
