Our client that specializes in Heavy Highway, is in need of a Project Manager / Estimator with Asphalt Paving experience for Heavy Highways and DOT projects to be based in the Fargo, ND area. Ongoing projects will be in a variety of areas that include: North Dakota, South Dakota, Eastern Wyoming, Eastern Montana and Western Minnesota.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

***The position is based in Fargo, ND - some weekday travel to project sites is required.

Requirements:
* HS diploma or equivalent GED required; a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field, or equivalent field experience preferred.

*Two years' minimum experience with hands-on-heavy asphalt paving and base operations construction. Heavy highway bid experience a plus.

The Project Manager / Estimator would need to be capable of preparing or assisting in preparing bid proposals for local, state and federal agencies ranging in value from $500,000.00 to 25,000,000.00. Additionally, managing projects to completion, scheduling, managing subcontractors, tracking project submittals, permitting, running project meetings, and compliance with local state and federal regulations.
